Oh deer!

My 4-year-old attorney seems to specialize in cross examination. He's giving new meaning to the warning, "anything you say can and will be used against you."

Consider the photo below, which I will label "exhibit one."

One morning earlier this week, I happened to notice a deer grazing in our front yard.
When I showed the pictures to AJ, he asked, "Did you scare the deer away?"
"Yes," I answered. "After I took the pictures, I scared it away."
"Why?" AJ asked.
"Because I didn't want it to eat any more of my bushes."
And that's when Perry Mason moved in for the kill. "Did you want it to eat someone else's bushes?"
